Pikes Peak Community Foundation and THRIVE IMPACT Partner to increase resiliency and capacity for nonprofit leaders in Colorado Springs in an innovative way

Did you know that at least 50% of nonprofit leaders are burned out? We’re working hard to change that in Colorado Springs through a partnership between THRIVE IMPACT and the Pikes Peak Community Foundation (PPCF).

Through PPCF’s Resiliency Through Innovation Fund and our THRIVERS program, leaders from several nonprofits in Colorado Springs are:

  • Building a learning community,
  • Sharpening their impact, story, revenue, and leadership skills, and
  • Co-creating a more aligned and clear future for their organizations.

THRIVERS is a community-driven leadership development program for nonprofit leaders designed to reduce loneliness and burnout, build skills and confidence, and generate organizational alignment and agility.
