The Culture Diagnostic moves through four phases, each designed to surface a different layer of what’s happening in your organization.
We spend time on site observing your organization in action: meetings, interactions, decisions happening in real time.
A series of focused 15-20 minute 1:1 conversations with key people across the organization that surface what a survey alone can’t reach. We listen for what’s said, what’s unsaid, and what keeps coming up.
A thoughtfully designed survey that gives every voice in the organization a chance to be heard, combined with any existing data, assessments, or HR insights your organization already has (if applicable), tailored to your specific context and questions.
A written report in three parts: The Story of Your Culture, What the Data Tells Us, and The Path Forward - generative, clear, and action-oriented. Note: Observational and interview data is handled with discretion.

Do people feel safe to speak up, take risks, and be honest, even when it's uncomfortable? Using Amy Edmondson's validated Psychological Safety scale, this is the foundation everything else rests on.
Are leaders modeling the culture they say they want? Drawing from Psychological Capital research (hope, efficacy, resilience, and optimism), we look at how leadership shows up in real time, not just in stated values.
How are your people really doing? Informed by the PERMAH framework, we look at the conditions that allow your team to flourish: relationships, meaning, engagement, and more, evaluating where there is room to invest.
Great cultures don't maintain themselves. We look at how intentionally your organization is tending to its culture over time and where that stewardship has room to deepen.
